💊 Your Role as a Med Tech:

• Accurately administer and document medications/treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health, behavior, or preferences.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure top-tier care.
• Support residents with activities of daily living in alignment with our person-centered care philosophy.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of life in every interaction.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

✅ What You Bring to the Team:

High school diploma or equivalent.

• One (1) year caregiving experience preferred—but we’ll train the right person!
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Required: LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement, LIC 503 Health Screening Report, TB test, and background clearance.
