💊 What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities
Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community protocols.
Accurately document medication administration and resident observations in real time.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, behaviors, and preferences to the wellness team and families.
Support residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility) in alignment with our person-centered care philosophy.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other third-party care providers to promote resident well-being.
Maintain clean, safe, and respectful care environments that uphold dignity and privacy.
Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Complete all required state-mandated trainings upon hire and annually.
✅ What We're Looking For: Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience preferred—on-the-job training available for the right candidate.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer literacy required (for documentation in electronic systems).
Must pass California state background check and provide the following:
LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
LIC 503 Health Screening & TB Clearance
Strong teamwork ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to resident-centered service.
