We’re seeking dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our team in Tracy, CA.

💼Your Mission: What You’ll Do

As a Med Tech, you’re the bridge between safety and compassion ensuring every resident receives their care with dignity and precision.

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders and community policy.
• Document medication administration and resident observations in real time using electronic systems.
• Monitor, report, and document changes in resident condition, behavior, or preferences.
• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals).
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care partners to ensure coordinated resident support.
• Maintain medication carts, cleanliness, and secure storage protocols.
• Uphold infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Complete all required state-mandated RCFE trainings upon hire and annually.

🧠 What You Bring

• Minimum age 18 years; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred training provided for exceptional candidates.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.
• Strong teamwork, integrity, and reliability every dose matters.

Must successfully complete:

• California Criminal Background Check
• LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
• LIC 503 Health Screening & TB Clearance
