Location: Sacramento, CA

Status: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist residents with medications in compliance with Title 22 RCFE regulations

  • Maintain accurate MAR documentation & secure medication storage

  • Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies for orders and refills

  • Monitor inventory and handle discontinued meds per policy

  • Provide Level 3 Caregiver support (ADLs, mobility, grooming, shift leadership)

  • Complete incident reports and report condition changes promptly

  • Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure quality care

What We Require:

✅ RCFE Medication Training (90% passing score or higher)

✅ First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

✅ TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background check

✅ Ability to lift 40 lbs. and remain on your feet during shifts

✅ Strong organizational & communication skills

(Prior experience in healthcare/senior care preferred, but not required)
