What You’ll Do:

• Daily building & grounds checks

• Repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliances)

• Preventative maintenance (HVAC, lighting, safety systems)

• Support fire safety & emergency preparedness

• Keep common areas safe and well-maintained

What We Need:

• Experience in maintenance/trades preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Strong communication & teamwork skills

• Respectful, safety-conscious, and resident-focused

Requirements:

✅ Must pass fingerprint & background clearance

✅ TB test & health screening

✅ First Aid/CPR certification

✅ 18 years or older
