🍽️Your Role as a Dining Room Server

• Serve, clear, and clean the dining area to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist residents with food selection and table service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Taste and plate food to guarantee it meets quality standards before delivery.
• Deliver room service trays to residents as needed, ensuring timely service.
• Assist in special events and community functions, contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure every resident is treated with the utmost privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Complete all state-required training upon hire and annually.

🌟What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 503 Health Screening Report required.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor.
