🍴Your Role as a Cook

• Prepare and serve delicious, nutritious meals catering to special diets and preferences.
• Follow the menu program and create attractive plate presentations that appeal to the eye and taste buds.
• Assist in planning special events to enhance the resident experience through food and activities.
• Foster a resident-centered dining experience, addressing concerns and preferences promptly.
• Adhere to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ensure that every resident is treated with the utmost privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Complete state-required training upon hire and annually to maintain compliance.

😎What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of prior cooking experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills: read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 503 Health Screening Report required.
