šŸŒØļø Be a trusted companion—helping residents with grooming, meals, and emotional well-being.

🧠Support those with behavioral needs using thoughtful, person-centered strategies.

šŸ†’Stay cool in a crisis—respond with grace using trained de-escalation techniques.

šŸ“’Keep things clear—document behaviors, changes, and daily progress.

🧩Bring joy—lead meaningful activities and help residents feel seen, heard, and valued.

šŸ¤Collaborate with an incredible care team to provide whole-person support.

āš™ļøYou Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on caregiving experience
  • 1–3 years working with behavioral or psychiatric needs
  • A heart full of compassion—and a head ready to respond
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR, First Aid & TB clearance
  • A clean background check & fingerprint clearance
