Position: Life Enrichment Assistant

Location: Legacy Oaks of Sacramento Assisted Living & Memory Care – Sacramento, CA

Your Role Includes:

🎨 Assisting the Life Enrichment Director with daily activities and events

🧘‍♀️ Delivering programs that support residents’ emotional, social, and physical wellness

📅 Helping design the monthly activity calendar and community newsletter

🚎 Driving residents on fun and meaningful outings (must meet driving requirements)

🌿 Supporting a person-centered care philosophy with dignity, respect, and compassion

🟠 Following all safety, infection control, and state training requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent

✔ Friendly and reliable team player with great communication skills

✔ Ability to speak, read, and write English

✔ Basic computer skills

✔ Must pass a state criminal background check, submit LIC 508 and LIC 503 forms

✔ Prior experience with seniors is a plus – but a positive attitude is a must!
