We’re searching for a Resident Services Specialist (RSS) who isn’t just organized—they’re obsessed with quality care, clean audits, and a person-centered approach. This is more than a job—it’s a mission-driven leadership role that ties together compassion, regulation, and clinical excellence.

Why This Role Rocks:

✔️ You’ll oversee the care plans that shape our residents’ lives (LIC 625)

✔️ Ensure all documentation is tight, timely, and Title 22 compliant (LIC 602, 621, 9020—you know the drill)

✔️ Supervise and collaborate with powerhouse team members like the RCC, Med Room Coordinator, and Behavioral Support Coordinator

✔️ Be a trusted connection to families, medical partners, and the Executive Director

✔️ Keep our care plans clean, our house spotless, and our audits flawless

What We’re Looking For: 

 💡Title 22 knowledge is your second language

💡 Skilled in balancing empathy with documentation

💡 Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or residential care settings

💡CPR/BLS Certified & clear background check
