We’re looking for a Medication Technician who brings not just skill—but care, compassion, and confidence—to every shift. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Safely assist residents with medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations

  • Support residents with daily activities, including hygiene, mobility, and well-being

  • Communicate and document changes in condition using Alis software

  • Supervise and guide caregiving staff on your shift to ensure quality care delivery

  • Maintain accurate medication records, service plans, and a safe med room environment

🧠 What You Bring:

  • A heart for seniors and a professional, can-do attitude

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • TB test, fingerprint clearance, and background check as required by California law

  • Med Tech certification or training per state requirements (we’ll support the right candidate!)

  • Must be 18+ years old and fluent in English (written and verbal)
