Legacy Oaks of Sacramento Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dining Room Server to provide an extraordinary dining experience for our residents. If you enjoy delivering exceptional service and want to be part of a team that truly cares, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house dining service by serving, clearing, and assisting residents with food selection and table service.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
- Occasionally plate and/or taste food before it leaves the kitchen to ensure quality and presentation meet expectations.
- Deliver room service trays to residents when necessary.
- Assist with special events and private dining services as needed.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Treat all residents with respect, ensuring their privacy and dignity are upheld.
- Adhere to infection control standards and standard precautions.
- Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement required.
- LIC 503 Health Screening Report required.
