What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Creating Fun & Impactful Activities: Work alongside our Life Enrichment Director to design and lead engaging activities like arts & crafts, music, games, fitness classes, and outings. Your creativity will shine here!

✅Making a Difference: Assist in bringing joy and wellness to our residents. From one-on-one interactions to large group activities, you’ll help create a vibrant, fulfilling environment.

✅  Engage & Empower: Foster relationships with residents, learning their individual preferences and tailoring activities to their needs—because here, it’s all about personalized care. 

✅ Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with wellness, dietary, and other departments to ensure our activities reflect holistic wellness. 

✅ Be a Community Leader: Help coordinate outings, assist with special events, and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for everyone in our community.

What We’re Looking For: 

✅ A compassionate, enthusiastic person with a genuine love for seniors

✅  High school diploma or equivalent 

✅  Basic computer skills to manage activity calendars and reports

✅ Ability to connect with residents in meaningful ways—building rapport and creating fun!

✅ Must pass criminal background check, health screenings, and meet state certifications
