What You’ll Do

• Daily Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating while building meaningful connections.
• Behavioral Support: Be the calming presence, providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities.
• Safety & Crisis Intervention: Ensure residents’ safety, using de-escalation and crisis strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Join forces with an incredible, caring team to make a positive difference every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years as a caregiver and 1-3 years in behavioral support.
• Requirements: TB certificate, First Aid/CPR, and criminal background clearance.
• Qualities: Compassionate, dependable, and able to uplift residents with care and respect.
