What You’ll Do:

• Be a Helping Hand – Assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities that keep our residents feeling independent and empowered.
• Spread Smiles – Escort residents around our community, sharing friendly conversations and creating a warm atmosphere.
• Make Their Day – Support fun resident activities and help ensure a clean, comfortable living space.
• Champion Safety – Follow infection control practices to keep our residents and team safe.
• Be Their Advocate – Monitor health changes and communicate with our team to ensure the best possible care.

Who You Are:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are at least 18 years old.
• You have basic computer skills and can read, speak, and write English.
• You’re a people person who genuinely loves connecting with and helping others.
• You’re able to lift up to 80 lbs and thrive in a hands-on role where you’re up and about.
• Experience with seniors is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
