Your Role:As a Med Tech, you’ll:

• Administer and document medications as directed by physicians.
• Observe and report on resident needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with our health services team and healthcare providers.
• Assist with daily activities while honoring our person-centered care philosophy.
• Ensure every resident receives the respect, privacy, and dignity they deserve.
• Follow safety protocols and complete required training.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and health screening.
