As a Concierge Receptionist, You Will:

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and outside vendors.
• Greet visitors warmly, announce their arrival, and offer refreshments.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the right people and taking messages as needed.
• Handle deliveries and coordinate with team members to ensure timely distribution.
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager or Executive Director.
• Keep our community resident and employee lists updated.
• Conduct tours for potential residents and their families.
• Ensure that residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of prior office experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to pass a state criminal background check and provide a LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
• Completion of a LIC 503 Health Screening Report.
